Believe you change

The movie Believe you change explores the relation between words and colors using spoken narration combined to moving images. The narration consists of an immersive tale where a colorful fairy meets a colorblind beast. The images are taken from a one-year work in progress installation (combination of paintings and sculptures forming a 3 dimensional tapissery ) in the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. The work in progress installation was as well a performance: public was present and invited all along the formation of the installation. At the end of the installation process, I wrote the tale Believe you change and performed it within the installation during the Performance Festival “Act”. The video is the last layer of this work, using the spoken words of the performed tale and the image captures of the installation.
